Build WhyAllah with us
Submit a feature idea, a bug report, a content suggestion, or general feedback. When we ship it, you get the email, the public credit, and the sadaqah jariyah of helping build a Quranic site that other Muslims will use.
A continuing charity, by His permission
WhyAllah is built as sadaqah jariyah — a continuing charity. Every verse on this site, every name mapped to a verse, every correction applied, is read by someone, somewhere, indefinitely, and the deed-credit flows back to whoever contributed.
When you submit an idea that gets shipped, your name appears on the public wall with a 🚢 Shipped badge and a deed-credit line. The more people use this site, the more the credit multiplies, by Allah's permission.
"Whoever guides someone to goodness will have a reward like the one who does it." — Sahih Muslim 1893
Submit your idea
Fill in the form, hit "Send via email" — your email client opens with the suggestion pre-filled to [email protected]. You send it. We review it within a day. If we ship it, you'll get an email with the commit hash and a link to the live feature.
What happens after you submit
- Your suggestion arrives at [email protected] within seconds.
- Within ~24 hours, we review it, write a one-line status, and add it to the public wall (or decline with a reason).
- If we mark it planned, you'll see it in the "Planned" tab of the wall. We'll start scoping.
- When we ship it, you get an email with the commit hash, the live URL, and your name on the wall as the contributor.
- From that moment on, every visit to the new feature is a continuing credit for you, by His permission.
