الحديد المُنزَّل
Iron Sent Down
يقول القرآن إن الحديد «أُنزِلَ» من السماء، بـ«قوّة» و«منافع للناس». يأكّد الفلك الحديث: الحديد لا يمكن أن يُنتَج في الكون المبكر، بل يُصهَر في انفجارات السوبرنوفا ويصل الأرض عبر النيازك.

«We have already sent Our messengers with clear evidences and sent down with them the Scripture and the balance that mankind may maintain [their affairs]. And We sent down iron (وَأَنزَلْنَا الْحَدِيدَ), wherein is great military might and benefits for the people. The verb 'sent down' (أَنزَلْنَا) is the same used for rain and the Quran — iron is named as something that came from above.»

لَقَدْ أَرْسَلْنَا رُسُلَنَا بِٱلْبَيِّنَٰتِ وَأَنزَلْنَا مَعَهُمُ ٱلْكِتَٰبَ وَٱلْمِيزَانَ لِيَقُومَ ٱلنَّاسُ بِٱلْقِسْطِ ۖ وَأَنزَلْنَا ٱلْحَدِيدَ فِيهِ بَأْسٌۭ شَدِيدٌۭ وَمَنَٰفِعُ لِلنَّاسِ وَلِيَعْلَمَ ٱللَّهُ مَن يَنصُرُهُۥ وَرُسُلَهُۥ بِٱلْغَيْبِ ۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ قَوِىٌّ عَزِيزٌۭ
الإنجليزيّة (ترجمة Sahih International)
We have already sent Our messengers with clear evidences and sent down with them the Scripture and the balance that the people may maintain [their affairs] in justice. And We sent down iron, wherein is great military might and benefits for the people, and so that Allah may make evident those who support Him and His messengers unseen. Indeed, Allah is Powerful and Exalted in Might.

«And We certainly gave David from Us bounty. [We said], 'O mountains, repeat [Our praises] with him, and the birds [as well].' And We made soft for him iron. Iron shaped to David is named — but the framing throughout the Quran treats iron as a thing of strength with celestial origin.»
العربيّة
۞ وَلَقَدْ ءَاتَيْنَا دَاوُۥدَ مِنَّا فَضْلًۭا ۖ يَٰجِبَالُ أَوِّبِى مَعَهُۥ وَٱلطَّيْرَ ۖ وَأَلَنَّا لَهُ ٱلْحَدِيدَ

And We certainly gave David from Us bounty. [We said], "O mountains, repeat [Our] praises with him, and the birds [as well]." And We made pliable for him iron,
